Questions and Answers
What made you want to be a travel agent?
When I was 6, I was on a plane to Australia, and found the idea of cabin crew exciting. As I grew up, I enjoyed the idea of paperwork and an office based job. I went on to college to do Leisure and Tourism and found the whole industry exciting, so I started off at the age of 19 working for a coach tour operator. Since then, I have worked in high street agencies, one of which I became manager for, and have enjoyed every minute of it. Now I have my own family, I have been lucky enough to take my children on lots of holidays, but there is so much more I want to see in the world.
What kind of holidays do you specialise in?
Having access to over 300 operators, we can do any holiday type. We welcome every kind of traveller from family UK holiday makers to round the world bespoke itineries. As to us, every customer is as important as each other. That said, having been to Florida many times, we do love making disney magic happen. We also love challenges, so any itineries that have to be put together from start to finnish is exciting and we get a sense of accomplishment that we have given our customers exactly what they want and need.
What makes booking with you any different than booking online or in a store?
We care! Booking online means that you can not always guarantee that when you need help you will get to speak to an actual person. Booking anywhere other than with us, you will be restricted to office hours, call centre hours, but we are here when others are not. Your holiday matters to us. and we make it our priority to ensure you are looked after from the first call or message to the welcome home. You are never just "another booking", and we always add little extra personal touches than just confirmation.
